Steps for Account Opening Through Physical Form

Please follow the instructions to successfully complete online account opening Procedure

• Download Account Opening Form Single Account    Joint Account
• For fill out form from your computer you need Install adobe reader from Abobe Reader and connect with printer before filling. (Caution: You can’t save PDF file)
• For fill out form manualy you need to print the empty form.
• After filling out the form, please print and sign (As per CNIC) and dispatch us at "Office M34, Mezzanine Floor, Park Towers, Clifton, Karachi".
• Biometric Verification is required for each Account Holder. The applicant must visit any of the branches of Standard Capital Securities or NCCPL for this process please call or whatsapp our relationship manager at +92 341 2157461
• For biometric verification mobile SIM should be on the name of Main Aapplicant / Joint Applicant.
• For the clients located overseas biometric is exempted.

Enclosure

• Copy of valid and Attested CNIC/NICOP/ARC/POC/Passport of the Main Applicants.
• Copy of valid and Attested CNIC/NICOP/ARC/POC/Passport of the Join Applicants.
• Copy of valid and Attested CNIC/NICOP/ARC/POC/Passport of the Nominee (optional - only for Single Accounts).
• Attested Copy of Power of Attorney (if contact person is other than main applicant), duly attested by notary public.
• Employee Card / Job Card for salaried person. Company’s letter head for business individuals mentioning the name, CNIC and designation etc.
• Salary Slip for salaries person. Income statement for Business Individuals or monthly income is mentioned at company’s letter head.
• Copy of Utility bill/Driving license/Insurance policy/Rent Agreement (If address is not as per CNIC).
• Please enclose cross Investment cheque with the title of "Standard Capital Securities Pvt Ltd"
• Copy of Zakat Declaration of the Applicant and the Joint Applicant (if applicable). In case of Non-Muslim, an an affidavit shall be submitted.
• Note: Non-resident/ foreigners shall submit the documents duly attested by either notary public or Consul General of Pakistan having jurisdiction of the Applicant(s).
